Each position:
- Has clear functions. In REALRENT we believe that internships should have clear objectives. Owing to this, you will know what you will be doing during the time that you work with us. We will give you a small area of REALRENT of which you will be in charge.
- Is mentored. Each student will have a tutor to whom they can ask questions and who will help them resolve problems, both professional and personal, during their time in Spain.
- Is in Spanish. In REALRENT the work environment is Spanish.
- Is paid. You will come here to learn a language, gain experience and also to work.
These are the positions that are available:
Reception
- Client check in: Contacting the client, preparing the relevant documents to give to the client on arrival and resolution of any doubts that the client may have about their stay or the apartment.
- Control and supervision of apartments before they are given to the client.
- Coordination with the commercial and IT departments.
- Check out: Checking the state of the apartment once the client has left.
- Helping the Commercial department in renting the apartments.
Minimum duration: 2 months
Commercial
- You will be in charge of communicating with clients from your country through the social media channels that the company is registered with.
- You will give support to the IT department and the SEO with the website.
- Updating and maintenance of the information about our apartments on our website as well as on other online platforms.
- Answering phones and giving information to clients who are interested in reserving apartments with us.
- Making reservations according to company policy.
- Supporting the receptions of our apartments, mainly in high season.
- Support to the administrative department in administrative tasks.
Minimum duration: 2 months
Department of central reservations and contracts
- Making reservations.
- Control and noting down of payments.
- Control of all the apartments that are available for rental.
- Supervising reservations and checking that the price and minimum stay in each apartment is correct.
- Responding to any doubts that the receptions in the apartments may have about reservations and clients.
- Responding to any questions that clients may have about their reservation and the payment.
- Giving necessary information to the commercial department about administrative questions regarding reservations
- Support to the commercial department about apartment rentals.
Minimum duration: 2 months
